My name is Tijuana Holston, 5th President of
the Southern California Black Deaf Advocates. Our organization established in 2020, that is 38 Chapters under NBDA (National Black Deaf Advocates), in Oakland CA with full official chapter. Yay!!

Coming Soon! In September 2026, the Western Regional Representatives (WRC) and the Bay Area Black Deaf Advocates (BABDA) will host a Conference in Oakland, CA. Dates: September 25, 26, and 27, 2026. COME ON DOWN! JOIN THE FUN WITH US, FAMILY AND FRIENDS! COMING SOON! Make sure you fully join the local BDA chapters. Also, make sure you live within the Western Region. For example, SoCal BDA covers nine (9) counties: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Imperial Co, Ventura Co, and other large local counties.  Meet and social events in different places.  Come and experience it with us!
